The USIP software provides complete automation of material tracking and label generating process. It also provides the simplest way for tracking, labeling and maintaining the process flow of the material. The USIP allows its users to store, process and retrieve the details of the materials efficiently and effectively.
All the details about the material used by the company which includes the state of the material whether Raw Material (RM), Intermediate (IM) or Finished Goods (FG) are stored in the system for further usage in material tracking and label generating process.
Roles and Privileges
The USIP provides each user with their own roles and privileges. For example, store personnel can enter the information of raw materials in the material entry data and the production team is allowed to enter the details of intermediate and finished goods into the USIP software. It also provides appropriate approval mechanisms involving different stakeholders like stores, production and quality teams. Respective managers can approve/reject the material entry created by the staff.
The USIP enables further processes to get fulfilled after the approval by the respective manager.
